His ministry has taken him and his family to serve parishes in Washington State, Delaware, and Massachusetts. He has served at both the diocesan and national church levels.

While living in Seattle, Roy met his wife Liz Devoir. They have a son, Preston, who works in property leasing and management. Their three cats and one dog allow Roy, Liz and Preston to live with them. They enjoy cooking, travel and entertaining, as well as movies and gardening.

Roy says, “I enjoy walking with people as they discover how their faith and life intersect.”
